About Us

Mr. Segars is a partner at Stuckey, Fata & Segars. Mr. Segars graduated with honors from Clemson University in 1976. Prior to beginning law school, Mr. Segars worked in the furniture industry servicing accounts across the State of South Carolina. Mr. Segars graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and joined Stuckey, Fata & Segars, LLC in 1984 after admission to the South Carolina Bar.

Mr. Segars' firm handles matters in the areas of residential real estate transactions, commercial real estate transactions, farm land transfers, quiet title actions, wills, deeds of distribution, probate matters, business formation and dissolution, automobile accidents, employment, construction, personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, alcohol liability, and custody issues, among other areas.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Segars has served on the Advisory Board of the Bishopville Branch of First Citizens Bank and as Special Referee for Lee County. Outside of the office, Mr. Segars enjoys golf, tennis, and cheering on his Clemson Tigers.
