About Us

Mr. Fata is a partner at Stuckey, Fata & Segars. After serving in the United States Air Force, Mr. Fata graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 1973. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and joined Stuckey, Fata & Segars, LLC, in 1980, and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar the same year. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Mr. Fata's practice areas include, but are not limited to, automobile accidents, custody disputes, dog bites, personal injury, probate, social security, workers compensation, and wrongful death. As a general practitioner, Paul has the knowledge and experience to represent individuals or businesses in any legal action. 

In the community, Mr. Fata has served as Probate Judge for Lee County and is presently serving as Lee County attorney, a position he has held for over twenty years. Mr. Fata also served as an Assistant Solicitor with the Third Judicial Circuit covering Lee County for nineteen years.
